As we prepare to welcome our inaugural class, I am filled with excitement to share our calendar of events for Spring 2025!

As we reflect on the accomplishments of the Fall semester, we would like to extend our sincerest gratitude to Thomas Edison High School for their generous support in hosting NSHS during this vital preparation period.

Long Island Jewish (LIJ) Medical Center has earned its third consecutive Magnet® designation from the ANCC, reinforcing its commitment to nursing excellence, superior patient care, and improved health outcomes.

NSHS celebrated a major milestone, welcoming 850+ prospective students and families to our first open house at the New York Hall of Science, where they explored career pathways and engaged with Northwell Health professionals.

We sincerely thank the administrators, teachers, and guidance counselors at I.S. 10Q, J.H.S. 194, JHS 190, MS 53, IS 127Q, and MS 137 for welcoming us and allowing us to connect with 900 enthusiastic students about their future.

We deeply appreciate La Jornada for their dedication to supporting families and advocating for justice, and we were honored to host our first open house with them in October.

Thank you to the 800 prospective families, students, and guidance counselors who joined our virtual open houses! With incredible turnout, we were proud to offer multilingual support, ensuring access and inclusivity for all.

We sincerely appreciate CEC25, CEC28, and CEC30 for welcoming us this fall, allowing us to connect with the community and reinforce the power of collaboration in supporting student success.

Opening in September 2025, the Northwell School of Health Sciences is partnering with Northwell Health to create an inclusive, healthcare-focused learning environment where every student can thrive.
